About Omer Vautour

Omer Vautour I was born in New Brunswick where I first developed a love of photography. Even in my teen years I often had a camera with me to capture special moments. I still have some of those photos!! I love nature with all its wonders and beauty which we enjoy through the lenses of our eyes. With photography, I now have the blessing of using the eye of the camera to share with others what I see in my mind's eye.

I moved to British Columbia in 1995 where my love of photography has continued to evolve. They call it "Beautiful British Columbia" and it is appropriately named. Everywhere I turn, the natural beauty of this province amazes me and my hope is that I can share what I capture with the camera so that you will see what I see. No matter where we are, there are photo opts to be had and it is up to us to see them. With camera at hand, it is my hope that you will enjoy the moments in time which are frozen through photography.

One of the things I truly enjoy about photography is its never ending development. I continue to learn and grow in my passion of photography. The journey is a true pleasure because it can be shared via photos. So I invite you to come along with me and hopefully we can enjoy it together.
